Hey, Hola, Kia Ora! Should I start with my name? Does that matter? Well, people call me Lucie, Lucia, Lucy, Luz, or Lu, depending on where I am in the world.

I’m not a fan of identifying myself, but for some, I serve as a coach, mentor, facilitator, therapist, healer, or guide, while for others, I may come across as a fool. Depends, your choice. I can guide and support you through a transformation that brings PEACE, MAGIC, and BALANCE into your daily life. Without sugar-coating it, I want to emphasize that it won’t be easy; facing our demons and shadows can be challenging.

I believe you’ve already done a lot of work before landing on my page, so firstly, give THANKS to YOURSELF for showing up, to your body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit—for everything that carries you through life.

You can go a long way on your own and save money, but it’s in human nature to keep ourselves more or less in a COMFORT ZONE. My role is to help you move far out of that zone because that’s where healing and real change occur. We can go deep in a private session or meet in one of the group workshops. But when I say deep, I mean it.

The experience with you was very beautiful. Pair of eyes that really saw me. I always felt when you looked at someone else or at me that you could really see through me. You always came and asked how I was feeling, even when there wasn't that much time to share. Even if the answer was I feel good, you told that you could feel what was going on behind the curtain. I am thankful to Lucy for opening my eyes and awaking my curiosity to know about myself more. We did a selflove practice with visualizations and connected with feminine cycle which was very helpful. Authentic Movement is a profound therapeutic dance practice (miracle in my words).

The DANCE LAB E* is a laboratory for exploring (enjoying, examining, expanding, experiencing, and more) movement, touch, senses, and elements not commonly found on a traditional dance floor. Our journey begins with Embodiment Dance, progresses through connectivity, and culminates in Contact Improvisation.

Energetic Connection introduces the world from an energy perspective, both in theory and practice. Where does energy intersect with the physical world? Discover tips and hacks for your daily life and deepen your intimacy.

Breathwork involves various breathing exercises.

Shadow work focuses on what we often refer to as our dark side, weaknesses, or blind spots.

Guided Meditations take you on an extraordinary journey. It could be a meeting with your inner self, a yoni meditation, an hour spent with your inner child, a Chakra meditation, a healing meditation, or practically anything else you desire.

Sharing circles. I facilitate spaces for women’s and mixed circles that go beyond mere conversation. These circles incorporate a variety of beautiful practices, including opening, meditation, breathwork, sharing, exercises, movement, sounding, and closing rituals.
